RETURNS & REFUND POLICY RETURN POLICY
We want you to LOVE everything you ordered from Lilfinger’s but we know sizing can be brutal when it comes to buying clothes for our favourite little humans.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit. We’re extremely strict with this policy since we’re outfitting your most loved ones and have to ensure we’re not shipping out any used or worn items.
If any worn or used items are shipped back to us, we will be unable to process an exchange and will notify you for next steps:
- All returnable products should have its original packing, labels & tags intact. It should be unused and in a saleable condition
- Returns must be initiated within 10 days from delivery date.
- For all orders delivered within India, INR 199 per item if it is picked up by Lilfinger’s
- You shall receive credit for your return and no money will be refunded in this case.
